The Olin and Morley food pantry would like to thank all of those that have made contributions and grants for the pantry in 2020. As we all know, 2020 was a challenging year with more people being food insecure. Thanks to the additional funds we received, we have been able to meet the needs of all those who were feeling the loss of jobs and income.
This year is starting off with just as much need so thanks to all who helped us out in 2020 and to those that will help in 2021.
Here is a list of some of our donors and grants: Greater Foundation of Dubuque, Caroline Jones, St John Lutheran Church, HACAP, Bob Hansen, Alliant Energy, Citizen’s State Bank, Marla Wiedenhoff, Ivan Jayne, Olin Economic Development, Heather Curley, Fidelity Bank, Delta Dental, Hawkeye, Harlan Waugh, Donna Clark, Wapsi Valley Parish, Iowa DNR, Barb Connor, Misty Green, Sherrie Smith, Pat Rohwedder, Don Levsen, Morley Town & Country, Jones County Community Foundation, Iowa Agriculture and Land Stewardship, Monticello Ministerial Association.
Also, thanks to all the volunteers who come and spend hours getting boxes of food together and are there for distribution along with driving to client’s homes who may not be able to come to the pantry.
Thank you to Olin United Methodist Church for hosting our pantry and make space available to store food.
